    After shipment, the estimated delivery time for your furniture is 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors like furniture size (requiring specialized handling), regional logistics, or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances.

    We offer free global shipping on all furniture orders. No additional shipping fees—regardless of your location, furniture size, or order value—will be charged at checkout.

    3. Returns and Refunds

    3.1 Eligibility for Returns

    You may return unused, undamaged, and unaltered furniture for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date, provided:

    • The product is in its original packaging (including protective materials for sofas/sectionals) with all tags, manuals, and accessories included;
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is provided;
    • Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

    3.2 Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned furniture (to confirm eligibility), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD (matching the original payment currency) and credited back to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take 1–3 additional days to reflect the refund in your account.

    3.4 Defective or Damaged Furniture
